Samsung's S Cloud may launch along with Tizen 3.0 next year

You are a "bit" wrong...SAMSUNG is not software company as you wrote - for PC OSes, thats right, but you forgot that we talk about phones where SAMSUNG is the most "innovative" software company. They have the most "advanced" build on top of android on the market - called TouchWizz, it looks kinda cartoonish and feels laggy - launcher mainly. Somebody call it bloatware and probably 80% of it is bloatware but:
SAMSUNG android phones in compare to other android makers even other mobile OSes have:
-best email client with best Exchange support. - Sammys coders did it.
- multiwindow - they were first that coded this, other will follow.
- Note 10 tablet - windowing apps like in Windows PCs.
- S-Note with their Spen devices - first, other alternative products getting better right after.
- General use of Spen within android OS - try it if you dont know what i am talking about!
- etc etc

That means, even you might call it bloatware, or you prefer clean android - SAMSUNG is not a weak "coder" in any way.

They are able to make TIZEN to be strong and competitive to android, it wont be on TOP because android will be here as an alternative for all other chinese brands, HTC, SONY, LG...but, the cards might change in the future and we might see the first 3 positions in the charts will be getting:
1-3:
Apple + iOS
Samsung + TIZEN
Nokia + WP
4.Other makers + Android.
