Are these the final specs for the Samsung Galaxy Note III?

A published report on Monday lists what are believed to be the final specs for the Samsung Galaxy Note III. Of course, take this information with a grain of salt. According to this source, there will be two variants of the device, the SM-N900 and the SM-N9005. The device will come in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions with most of the world getting the 16GB and 32GB model. While the screen is slightly bigger than the one on the Samsung GALAXY Note II, the dimensions of the body will remain the same.

The SM-N900 will feature a 5.68 inch Super AMOLED screen with resolution of 1080 x 1920 (FHD). Under the hood is a 1.8GHz Octa-core Samsung Exynos 5420 processor with an ARM Mali-T628 MP6 GPU. The amount of RAM on the device is unconfirmed. A 13MP shooter with OIS will be on the back. Android 4.3 will be pre-installed and a 3200mAh battery will be on board. This model will not offer LTE connectivity.

The SM-N9005 will have the same screen size and specs, but the CPU and GPU are unknown. This unit will have 3GB of RAM inside. It will feature the same camera and battery as the other model, but will support LTE. We should mention that both variants will offer a 64GB capacity microSD slot.
